The Parable of The Sower Part 5

Today pastor Maxwell continued the interpretation of the parable of the sower

 

From the account on the parable of the sower it can be clearly seen that two things that could choke the Word are offense and anxiety.

 

These things make the Word become unfruitful in our lives. Jesus could not perform any miracles in his hometown because they were offended at him.

 

The Bible clearly shows also that God has commanded every Christian not to worry because God knows that worry is a thorn that will choke our lives. Worry then is the absence of faith and you deal with worry by putting on Faith through the Word.

 

The cure for anxiety is to make your request known to God.
